Short edit - a friend of mine posted a plank challenge on Facebook, so I decided to give it a go. I've always wanted to be better at those, and this is the way to go. After lunch, I got the stopwatch on my phone ready, then headed back to my boss's office (she's out sick today), and did a 20 second plank, per the schedule.
